These classes are taught by Joyce Pusey, SRA. Ms. Pusey has been teaching appraisal licensing and continuinig education for many years in North Carolina. The two day Exam Prep for Appraisers is currently approved for 14 hours Continuing Education credit with the North Carolina Appraisal Board. This class includes an Exam Review Textbook. This course should not take the place of students studing on their own, but should help fine tune areas and help students identify areas that they need more review on their own. This course prepares appraisers mainly for the Certified Residential exam, but Trainee exam students will benefit from the review as well.
