These classes are taught by Dr. Craig Julian, SRA, a nationally recognized subject matter expert. They are currently approved for 14 hours Continuing Education credit with the North Carolina Appraisal Board. This class includes an Exam Review Textbook and will include strategies for the new exam that was effective January 2008. This course prepares appraisers mainly for the Certified Residential exam.
