Note:
*Exam Prep for Appraisers classes are taught by Dr. J. Craig Julian, SRA, a nationally recognized subject matter expert. They are TWO DAY (days are consecutive) classes and are approved for 14 hours Continuing Education credit with the North Carolina Appraisal Board. This class includes an Exam Review Textbook and is designed to assist in preparation for the Certified Exam. Classes run from 9:00AM to 5:00PM. The cost is $325 for 14 hours.
