Compute Costs: Fall 2008 Save $5 per class when you pay 7 days in advance with a check.
Note: The NCAB now requires that education providers pay a $5 fee per student for each class to the NCAB.

Note:
*Exam Prep for Appraisers classes are taught by Dr. J. Craig Julian, SRA, a nationally recognized subject matter expert. They are TWO DAY (days are consecutive) classes and are approved for 14 hours Continuing Education credit with the North Carolina Appraisal Board. This class includes an Exam Review Textbook. Classes run from 9:00AM to 5:00PM. The cost is $325 for 14 hours.
USPAP 2008-09 is approved by the NCAB for 7 hours Continuing Education. Bring your own USPAP 2008-09 book, or buy one from us for $50.
