Raleigh Wachovia Center on Fayetteville St: Receive $10 refund at class when you show your Parking slip/card from an area Parking lot. You must bring Parking slip to get the refund. Updated 1/20/2010.

Note:
*Exam Prep for Appraisers classes are taught by Joyce Pusey, SRA. They are TWO DAY (days are consecutive) classes and are approved for 14 hours Continuing Education credit with the North Carolina Appraisal Board. This class includes an Textbook and is designed to assist in preparation for the Certified Exam. Classes run from 9:00AM to 5:00PM. The cost is $325 for 14 hours.
USPAP 2010-2011 Bring your own USPAP 2010-2011 book, or buy one from us for $70 (price subject to change).
