Courses Approved for Dual Credit
North Carolina Real Estate Commission Credit is available for Real Estate Licensees for the following appraisal classes:
Appraisal Case Law II (4 hours elective credit NCREC)
Appraisal Case Law III (4 hours elective credit NCREC)
USPAP Update (in-class only) (4 hours elective credit NCREC)
For $20 additional per course we will submit your information to the NCREC for credit. If you only need NCREC credit (no NCAB), there is no additional charge.
* Please note: NCREC will not accept credit for courses taken between June 11 and June 30 of every year.
