Class & Payment Policies

Class Policies (updated 4/3/2008)

There will be a $10 for all duplicate original certificates requested. This fee must be received before your certificate can be mailed.  Allow 5 business days to process your request.  The NCAB requires the original certificate to apply for licensure or exam ticket.

Students are considered registered for their chosen classes unless contacted by NCREEI. Paypal receipt or cancelled check is your receipt unless you contact us with other needs. Reminder emails are usually sent 1-2 days before class.

Classes may be cancelled for enrollments of less than 14 students. This decision is made 3-5 business days before the beginning of class.  When a class is cancelled, refunds or rescheduling arrangements will be made for those students affected.

Students who need to cancel a registration at least a week in advance of the course may receive a refund or register for another class with no additional charge. Students who cancel with less than one week notice, may register for another class at no additional charge. There will be a $50 fee for refunds requested with less than one week notice. See next policy about cancelling full classes.

Students who need to cancel a class that is full will be charged a $50 fee ($75 for Qualifying Education course) even if the student gives more than one week's notice.  If we have a waiting list and can fill the spot immediately, no fee will be charged.

Payment Policies

Whether you pay by check or PayPal, you should receive an email confirmation about 3 days before class. If you do not receive this confirmation, please follow up with a call to our office.

• When you are finished adding all the classes, follow the link on this page to your shopping cart to check out or choose "Secure Checkout" on the Paypal page.
